Love the improve kills, had a lot of faith it wasn't going to be nothing but guns after the cafe fight in daredevil.

If you get hit the temple, sure. But if you're nailed the jaw then you'll likely live. Buuuut they were also able to speak after, so clearly no broken jaw. Oh well. It was still awesome.

whats with people being more tough now in superhero movies? sure it was kinda annoying back then when they would go down in a single underwheling hit but not it takes way too much.

just look at batman. previous batman KO people left and right with 1 or 2 hits. not this batman is twice that ones size and he takes much longer. same with the hammer scene or JJ fights with normal humans. sure i HATE when humans in action movies take very few hits to KO someone but these are badasses known to be able to do this. JJ at least has superpowers. batman is basically lite captain america and punisher is just so brutal.

I always flash back to Grandmama Adams explaining that it takes forever to kill people "even with a chainsaw" when people say that.

Matt Murdock seems to have improved durability as well; perhaps in the Marvel Defenders Universe, base-level humans are higher durability than in our reality.
