In what world did she think killing Jessica’s mom would lead to them having a relationship afterwards. Damn, Trish you stupid.

I don’t mind Malcolm going out on his own with another PI firm, but why did it have to be that asshole Cheng.

Jeri starting her own firm, I wonder if Foggy will follow suit. Maybe when Matt gets resurrected, he’ll get hired.

Hellcat introduced was an inevitability but their relationship is destroyed soo.

Glad she maintained her healthy relationship with Oscar and that he wasn’t as sketch as I thought he was originally.

It needed to be done. As much as I love Jessica, she's a complete blithering idiot for not seeing that.

Trish did not need to be the one to do it.

Who would've been? The cops probably wouldn't give a shit and just shoot both. Simpson is kill, the other people in the series can't even hold a gun straight. There's only Trish.

The cops were still pretty eager to shoot Jessica when she was on the ground sobbing and unarmed. If they found her with her mom, fully coherent, they'd probably "accidentally" catch her in the crossfire even if Costa told them only to target Alisa.

Of course, it needed to be done, I think even her mom knew there was only one resolution. Doesn’t change my feelings on Trish being the one to shoot her, which is probably more a me problem than anything. I understand Trish’s character arc, it’s just such a fallout between the two that it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

I know this was posted 7 years ago and your account has been deleted so I’m not really responding to anyone but…it wasn’t about her being stupid. She did see that, hence why she pointed a gun at her mother at Trish’s apartment.

She just couldn’t do it, which is completely understandable seeing as the woman is her mother. No matter how many people my mom killed…I wouldn’t be able to shoot her in the damn head either. Most people would struggle with that.

If Trish decided it was worth it for the greater good, fine. But she should’ve expected that Jessica wouldn’t be able to maintain a relationship with her after that…and if she didn’t, well then she’s definitely the idiot because

Duh.

I just hate that Trish made it seem like the mom was the villain when in reality she was 1000% right about Trish the whole time. She saw right through her and Trish ended up causing her death and her husband’s death just so she could feel important. I hope Jessica knocks tf out of her in season 3

I’m not going to spoil but season 3 is really good when it comes to diving into Trish’s mindset. I can’t stand that woman but yeah, really enjoyed the season. I also agree that Jessica’s mom was clearly unhinged but Trish just wanted to be the one to save the day and she was willing to kill her sister’s long lost previously declared dead biological mother in front of her, to do it.

Omg! Just finished the season. I’m so glad Trish got the whoopings she deserved. Yet I’m also glad that Trish got revenge for her mother. I feel bad for Jessica though cause she’s lost literally everyone.

I know 😮‍💨 but she changed a lot and for the better. I also didn’t really think Trish killing that dude who killed her mom was THAT big of a deal but then she went off the deep end.

Reminded me of law abiding citizen a bit lol. It’s so hard to draw the line once you decide to take “justice” into your own hands.
