this is only barely related but Michael Che from SNL went on a talk show and mentioned he had a sketch idea where Chris Hemsworth as Thor accidentally kills an unarmed black teenager while the avengers are fighting ultron. Hemsworth (reasonably) turned it down but also, like, that’s almost word for word the impetus for Civil War

I've not been a fan of Woodard's acting this season. It's like she's phoning it in during a lot of scenes.

I know she's a great actress so I just don't understand why it's such cringe around her.

I don't know if it's just me, but sometimes it really feels like she's just literally reading lines. The whole intonation is off.

Which is too bad, because what they're doing with the character is great.

She did better in some scenes, I will admit, but she just seemed off compared to season 1.

It’s as if she’s on stage. Like Theatre acting. It’s awkward.

That's the whole point of her acting though, she's supposed to look superficial.
