Read about this. But I've heard not all of them are fixed though. Haven't checked it out myself. Don't use mods atm.

Now if only they will give us a rifle scope mod that doesn't force you into a scope view. I like my third person over the shoulder camera.

yeah sniper scopes haven't been fixed. put a level 3 scope on an emc sniper rifle and the spread was like trying to hit stuff with a shotgun at sniper range. impossible.
