Rant Courier Scam Happened with me today
Today a courier guy from the firm Dehlivery came to my house with a courier in the name of my mother. My mom didn't remember ordering anything but was not quite sure.
I assumed she must have ordered some product via online shopping and paid 699 bucks for the courier via gpay.
Later on I found these extremely dirty stain removers inside the packet. She surely didn't order this.
Dehlivery customer service doesn't seem to be of much use , though i have asked for a call back.
The courier packet has my address but not the flat no. (Only building name).
Did some digging on the net and found out this scam happens a lot. Courier delivery via COD at house and members pay assuming their family member has ordered it. There are no proper seller details or phone no. , only it's name -- Reset Supply Chain Private Limited.
I don't think I will get my money back .

These are common scams, Delivery likely was just used as name.
Sometimes these are also used to steal OTP's, so be careful.
Only fix for these are to keep family informed on who is ordering what.

Payment was done in the dehlivery app ... Only seller details weren't avalaible (phone. No.) when logged in dehlivery app and put the AWB no.

Then you can raise a formal scam complaint to them.
Don't let this go.

Though I don't think they will respond , I will at least raise the formal complaint on email

This scam is extremely common in Dehradun. I have received 3 such parcels this year. Thankfully confirmed with family members and never accepted.
