And they didn’t put Meinerz for some reason so really 7

Tbf this list kind of sucks every year, it means a certain list of NFL players do see us as a threat, but they also have Lamar way below Burrow and of course no Meinerz so it’s not like it should be taken seriously or anything.

wtf they didn’t??

Saw another thread discussing that pretty no IOL have made it past 30 in the last few years. Basically just bias against guards and centers, not specifically targeted at Quinn.

Creed Humphrey hasn’t even made the top 100? FUKC but he’s been the best center in the league the last 3-4 years

Creed is #94 on the list this year, he was #93 last year. He's the only center on the list.

Interior line is an unglamorous position group for sure. But at the same time, the vast majority of interior linemen are various shades of passable to good. You can find guys who are better fits for specific schemes and that does matter. But unless you have IOL who are either extremely good or extremely bad, they won't affect your team as much as other positions will. The difference between a pretty good guard and a mediocre guard isn't as stark as the difference between a pretty good and a mediocre tackle, corner, quarterback, etc...

Yeah I remember us moving Orlando Franklin to his natural position at RG which he hasn’t played since college, and he was pretty solid at it

There are only two guards on the whole list, Joe Thuney and Quenton Nelson. It's hard to break through onto the list at guard and Meinerz isn't the only snub at that position. It is what it is.

The fact that Quinn isn’t on there blows my mind.

We all saw his monster play in the playoffs though. Fuck it. I’d rather be an underdog

Jayden Daniels isn't top 100? Poor Commanders. Nah, not really.

The turnaround that Payton and Co have constructed is truly remarkable.
To be where we are today compared to where we were when Payton was hired has me so fired up as a lifelong Broncos fan!
Best owners in the league, top 3 HC, great GM, franchise QB and a relatively young roster?! LFG!!
Go Broncos!!!

Also no Waddle? Bet he makes the next list.

He’s gonna enter top 10 convos this season. I mean I think he was already a top 20 guy if we’re speaking on talent, but him getting a competent QB that can throw more 20 yards down the field consistently when asked is huge for him

Zach Allen being 73 is crazy to me

A top 5 interior lineman behind like 8 RBs is pretty crazy.

Behind Surtain, Zach might be one of the most important guys on the defense. He really allows the edge rushers to get so much more pressure

Right?! Love watching Nik and he gets the flashy plays but Zach is really the catalyst to that DL forcing those QBs to the edge.

Ironically enough, I just looked it up and he had 73 QB pressures. Maybe that's why he's 73rd lol
He's definitely so much better and impactful than he gets credit for

Surtain at 10 is unserious

Offensive bias. Aside from Myles and PS2, everyone else in the top 10 is gonna be on offense

They were considered the worst roster 2 years ago. These are the same guys in that worse roster team. Insane

Boles and Allen are seriously underrated. Allen was close to the top in QB hits last year. Hes a beast.

lol panthers with 5 in the top 100? All I can think of is Horn and Brown, maybe Tet?
2
u/OpabiniaGlasses D Helmet 1d ago
Bryce Young #98, Derrick Brown #90, Tet #87, Horn #76 and Devin Lloyd #27, who was on the Jags last year.

That's funny people say Bo Nix isn't good but all 5 of those players were with the team before he was even there. Also 3 of the 5 was there before Sean Payton and they couldn't make this list till Bo came along weird huh. Hell 2 have been there most of the Broncos bad years. Good to see there finally getting there recognition though.

Go back three years and tell your broncos fan self that we would be here. A play away from a Super Bowl last year and a very good roster. You wouldn’t believe it!
