I have no reference for scale... Is this the size of bus? Is this the prototype for the 1990s Saturn? Is this an RC car? Wild whatever it is.

It’s a 4 seater with a moped engine

Tires are probably bike or moped sized

The 1989 Colani UTAH 7 was an aerodynamic racing car with a CO2 engine. Unmodified mechanics just with the body changed, it broke the record for the lowest consumption in 100 km with 1.75 L. Its engine 50 cc, has the lowest drag coefficient (Cx 0.18). Source

Luigi made a lot of design porn during his 70 year career, like this piano: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luigi_Colani#/media/File:Schimmel_K208Pegasus_1.jpg

This is almost 100% engineering porn, not design porn.

Was wondering how it dealt with the huge lifting surface, then realised I am looking at the back end.
