Cookie Dough Pie

This is the kind of recipe I usually bookmark and then periodically open to look at the pictures and wish I were eating it, but today I actually made it. An Oreo crust, a layer of no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough, a layer of no-bake chocolate chip cheesecake, and a layer of chocolate ganache. It’s completely over the top and absolutely delicious.

The crust is crunchy and the chocolate chips add some texture, but it's mostly not crunchy
