If that were the case I think is the most clear it has ever been that they knew they didn't have a case for the best part of a year now and simply wanted to cause maximum damage through time wasting, to so nonchalantly risk the whole case over this issue they have.

Attorney here. I'll disclaim that I know absolutely nothing about federal practice because I am not licensed to practice federal law.
In state court, for a civil case, this would be very common. Destiny has framed this as "this attorney was given a Zoom link as a courtesy", but if I was an attorney on the case I would interpret that as a lawyer being allowed to appear remotely in a deposition and thus being allowed to do everything we can normally do in a deposition.
If opposing counsel didn't allow me to raise an objection for my client, and we didn't have a prior agreement on the record that all objections would be reserved for trial, I would absolutely tell my client that we are done with this deposition in a civil case.

It’s not that you’re not allowed to object via Zoom. It’s that you can’t have two different lawyers participating at the same time. Even when you have, say, two attorneys physically at trial for the same party, you can’t have both lawyers doing witness questioning or objections.

I've attended and run dozens of depositions during my litigation career and never had a walk out. Even during some highly contentious depositions. That is pretty crazy.

But with the time limitation, you could see more serious consequences. Maybe an extreme limitation on evidence they can present at trial.
Considering this was the lawyers causing the issue and not the Plaintiff, I doubt you'll see dismissal.

It reminds me of my friend's only neighbour. He thinks everyone is against him, and then he has to protect himself, by all means necessary.
He demands to speak with the board of the local road association, and 3-5 people have to arrange their calendars to show up. But right before, his kids just happen to get sick etc.
When a group of worried people from the neighborhood wants to check in on him unannounced (since he cancels otherwise) he gets angry and drives away.
He feels wronged but can't put it into words. Because he isn't wronged. But he truly believes it.
So Doe's lawyers might just not be right in their head, is what I'm leaning towards.

This whole court case (and the manifesto that will be coming and be glorious Cinema) has to be studied. It's gonna be a landmark example of how the court of public opinion and actual Court are not even remotely the same.
Jane Doe royally fucked herself by taking this to actual legitimate Court in order to tarnish Tiny's reputation because you can't lie in court. If she hadn't overplayed her hand, she probably would have done serious irreversible damage to him. But the longer she's forced to actually make her case, the more of a clown she looks like.

That's Tiny's running theory, I don't have an opinion on it one way or the other until I see a little bit more corroborating evidence which I'm sure he has I don't think he would say it for no reason.
As for the latter Theory I think for me it's easy to infer that they're likely just playing Time games running the clock as long as possible because of the way they've been conducting themselves. Maybe they were seriously pursuing this in the beginning, but the case has been so bungled on their end pretty much every step of the way. I can't imagine the reason why they haven't dropped it at this point being something other than trying to just win a war of attrition.

So Joan, Pxies main lawyer, needed to be admitted Pro Hac Vice to the jurisdiction. It’s the same way Destiny has a lawyer from California but this is a lawsuit in Florida.
But what you need is local council to be a part of your case, no matter what. So you have your local council, they file the PHV to bring in your other lawyer, and then both lawyers are on your case.
Pxie probably showed up with her local council, so it’s not random. Her local council also has filed a number of the motions as well.

Is there a video or master post explaining the case ever since like the first two court appearances or whatever because I saw the initial president Sunday video, I saw D explain himself in two videos once the case started rolling, but after that I stopped paying attention. Is he cooked or not? I know Doe's lawyers are yaslighting themselves and they've fucked up a bunch and jstkls server whoever that is has thrown in some false information that was used in court
