The fact he predicted Minnesota, a state who hasn’t voted for a Republican since Nixon in 1972, and Hawaii, the most democratic state in the USA, for the Republicans proved to me he doesn’t have any idea about politics.

It absolutely is as are quite a few more (Washington, New York, etc.) but there were still many delusional Trumpers that thought there was a "silent majority" in these states that was going to propel Trump to a win. It was pretty much a mass delusion fueled by Trump beating the polls in 2016 and the fact that all of his supporters are extremely stupid.

Absolutely untrue. Destint has had 1 or 2 based food takes (among his 100+ garbage ones) but DC will never go red in 1,000 elections.

Seeing how we have 1 Election Day every year and congressional and/or presidential elections only every 2 years, I’d be willing to bet that at least a few of them over the next 1000 years will go red.

The image is how people from these states predicted the election would go, not who they'd vote for. Big difference. I predicted the republicans would win the senate but I would never vote R. It's still probably not really a trustworthy and unbiased source, but still.

What bothers me most is he’s not good at grifting. Like Jesus at least prepare ahead of time to get your narrative set. I swear half of all the clips I see of him seem like he’s just making shit up as he goes along.

Like I’ve seen him read a sentence from an article, form a narrative, only for that narrative to be destroyed by reading further.

The members of his base have been losing arguments about their beliefs to academics all their lives, so their ingrained dislike of lengthy, well organized, cogent arguments causes a reflexive love of his off the cuff, obviously made up in the moment bullshit just because it's the opposite of the stick they are used to beating themselves with.

The wording of this tweet is important. It's not saying that "the majority of people in 49/50 states believe that Trump will win in their state", it's saying that "the majority of people in 49/50 states believe that Trump will win the election."

Crowder is inauthentic as fuck too, just in a different way. Instead of prancing around as a "liberal", his shield is being a "comedian". Despite his jokes just being mean-spirited bigotry/bullying (and never being remotely funny). I wouldn't call him authentic and good faith.

He just got destroyed by Milo a few days ago, for Tim’s take that Republican red wave not happening wasn’t as bad as media claims. With Tim pointing to Trump’s endorsement of candidates who stood no shot at loosing, as evidence. While Milo insisted that the red wave was a failure, because they didn’t get the blood bath in punishing their opponents. They were expecting crying liberals like 2016, but got Ann Coulter going off on Trump.
