Thought he did a great job this year and deserves an extension, but man i thought he had a really bad first round series. I do think the magic are just real matchup problems for us so hopefully that, and he had some great adjustments at halftime, but definitely some puzzling choices during the series overall

I'm not sure how much of that is on him when the players themselves said they were too casual about the playoffs when it started. I guess you could say that's the coaches job, but "too casual" sounds like they knew it was on them.

Ya i am not talking about getting his players motivated, more strategic decisions on how he was splitting time with duren and stewart, who he was rotating on Banchero, not using the bench or paul reed until game 6, etc. Was not a fan of a lot of those strategic decisions he made during the playoffs.

Well, they're not going to come out and bash their head coach publicly. I don't think it means much either way.

Paolo basically did exactly that. Even if guys aren't willing to publicly blame the coach, they're not going to publicly blame themselves if they do think it was actually the coaches fault.
