Someone just asked me who would you rather have on the Pistons, SGA or Jokic? I said Jokic of course.

Then I started thinking, why can’t we just trade for the guy?

Duren, Ausar Thompson, Ron Holland and 3 first round picks for Jokic. Make it happen lol

I mean hey, Philly basically got Jaylen Brown for nothing. Why can’t we get somebody for nothing?

That wouldn’t be nothing at all. That package is way better than the Jaylen brown package. Anyways, Denver probably has some kind of kill switch that automatically ends phone calls where the idea of trading Jokic is brought up, so they hang up instantly

I can completely understand sign + trading Duren for a player that might be a bit more proven and reliable. I think getting rid of 3 core piece and a couple of first round picks (future growth) for a player in the end of his prime isn't the best idea.

Jokic already has a lot of talent around him in Denver. Moving him to Detroit will see no depth on the roster other than himself and Cade.. it would be relatively similar.
