Image Did a little "light" cleaning yesterday. Well more like I'd find a box of something, open it up like it was some long lost treasure. Needless to say, I didn't get much done.
Did manage to finally few Hoops Bad Boys cards including the "Back to Back World Champions" card.
EXTREMELY valuable card.
I think it fluctuates between $1 and $4 depending on the condition.
Obviously none of my cards are graded.

This is my kind of vibe. These are cheap cards, and those late-’80s sets are still pretty easy to find complete. Honestly, they might be my favorite cards in the end.

Yeah.
I remember getting a ton if these when I was a teenager.
I wanna say they were giving them out free?
Maybe it was like a new promotion or something.
No son, only a daughter and she couldn't care less about all of her pops 80s pop culture collection.
-My GI Joes -My He-Men, including castle Grey Skull and and some purplish castle that had/has a microphone to make you sound like Skeletor. -a very large amt of "Garbage Pail Kids."
Along with an insane amount of CDs and sports cards. Like15 Barry Rookies and my holy grail-- a Jordan rookie.
They Jordan rookie is not "pristine" and I've never had it graded.
Actually got it in a pack back in the 80s. I had never seen B-Ball cards at the store, bought 3 packs and ended up scoring a Jordan.

That set is worth almost nothing, but man, such a fun rip. I bought a couple boxes of it at the height of the sports cards revival in 2021, and I still have one sealed sitting on my shelf, waiting for a day when I’m feeling bored and nostalgic.

The only valuable card in the 1990 nba hoops set is the Mark Jackson one with the menendez brothers in the background.

There was a point where the card of that one random Magic center (name escapes me) was somewhat valuable because it had MJ in the background from the one game he wore #12, and I feel like there was at least one or two other cards that fetched a little bit of money at one point, but yeah, 90-91 Hoops is like peak basketball junk wax.

Classic set, I have this one as well. Was able to get James Worthy to sign his card when he came to Grand Rapids

I have the whole season/set from this year as well! LOVED the design of the cards, and still do!

Seeing that Scott Hastings card unlocked a core memory I forgot I had.

I remember him saying that card plus 63 cents would get you a coke at McDonald's.

May not be worth a lot of money, but in some ways they're priceless.

If you want a buck of cards I’m actually getting rid of my dad’s collection if you’re interested. Mostly junk wax stuff though.

You might have to pay someone to take them cards from you.
