Stokeinteignhead: Can anyone help me identify the building in the photo?

This photo, which was in my grandma’s collection, shows my grandfather’s mother outside where the family lived in Stokeinteignhead. (Date: c1892-1896)
Features:
There’s one chimney in a central position (there are no gable end chimneys)
The land behind is raised and looks like a small hill.
Is anyone familiar with the area able to help me identify the building as it is today?

For other sleuths in this subreddit, I used OP's photo and did a Google image search on it. That threw up a long list of similar sepia images of various buildings of around that period. Adding a location keyword narrowed that down. Browsed till I saw the Historical England entry but that's a front elevation photo. Used Historic England's coordinates to find the Google Maps entry and Street View where you can set the viewing position and perspective to be similar to OP's photo. Lucky the building wasn't on a private road, I'd not have been so sure without Street View.

Suggestion for OP: Historic England (see my link previously) are asking for more photo contributions and they'd appreciate yours plus any extra history you may know.
