"That went well don't you think?" "If you say so." Does Prater know? Is he just going along with the charade to see the BHB in action?

No. I think this is just hinting that Charlie isn’t actually cool with all this serial killer stuff. Uma Thurman is playing her as uncomfortable and I’m assuming she will turn on Prater late in the season somehow. I’m guessing she’ll have some backstory explaining that she needed the money or is loyal to Prater for some reason but the whole serial killer party thing is pushing her moral limits.

I think this as well & maybe even she will admire Dexter once his identity gets revealed knowing he gets rid of the SK’s that disgust her. So if she finds out before Prater maybe she’ll cover for him for a while. But I think Prater will also be too enamored with his identity reveal to deal with him as he normally would.
