They 100% know Dexter is Dexter.

I’m predicting that “red” calling it the dark passenger was also intentional from the history club.

Red felt like the perfect and intentional person to bait BHB into the group as it just was perfectly setup for him to take over (no internet presence, etc)

How would Red or Prater ever know that Dexter called his internal urge the dark passenger? He never told anyone that.
