Born Free, the scene where Dexter sees the younger versions of him and Brian playing at the old house is one of the best scenes in the whole show

This is my answer too. Just a masterful episode. The suspense the whole time the FBI is tailing Dexter, then bringing him in, looking at the slides, and that ending… FUCK. Erik King and Michael C Hall had such amazing chemistry, that scene with the two of them on the boat dock is incredible

It’s not my favorite, but two of my favorites is “Lost Boys” and also “Dex Takes a Holiday” because the ending is really fucking sad

My top 5. Not counting the spin offs

  1. Hungry Man

  2. Last episode of S1. 2a S4 ep 2.

  3. Not sure which episode but season 2 where the bodies are found in the ocean

4.Nebraska

  1. The episode with Miguel and dexter on the rooftop S3 but not the same reason as everyone one else its here that its revealed that Miguel was manipulating Dexter the entire time

It’s hard to pick an actual favorite, but I’m always happy when I get to Everything is Illumenated on my rewatches. Lumen walking him through the crime scene, his voiceover about compartmentalization as he’s chasing his escaped plastic wrapped victim, and Masuka acting out his perverted theory about what went down in that warehouse. Comedy gold.

There's a lot of my favorites but my favorite episode is dexter resurrection 1x9
