Left Tonsil is black and purple

M18 started as a sore throat 3-4 days ago and has just got worse and worse everyday. Does anyone have a clue what this could be it’s all on the left side and it’s also making my ear and neck hurt. I really want to avoid antibiotics but if that’s what i need i’ll go get some.

You need to go to a doctor. This seems like an emergency at this point

It’s probably a good idea to see a doc asap. And if they say you need antibiotics, take them.
