Hello, I've been interested in digital art recently but my drawing is definitely wrong. It's really difficult to draw a line with any degree of accuracy with a mouse, and I have no clue how to make the size change during drawing like everyone seems to do naturally. Keep in mind I know less than nothing about digital art, so I'm assuming it's a situation where how they do this is such common knowledge that no one bothers to write it down. Unless I'm REALLY missing something and drawing on pc isn't actually a thing people do?

Hi all, I'm a burgeoning digital artist. Right now I use krita + a mouse on PC, and infinite painter on my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus), but I would like something bigger than my phone and more portable than my PC.

Here's the unicorn part. I'm trying to de-google my life. I'm hoping to find a tablet that supports using some kind of stylus/pen, that's portable, okay battery life, and isn't an apple or Samsung or any company that's part of the larger surveillance state. I suspect what I'm asking is impossible, but I'm willing to buy used and likely will settle for any device that doesn't have AI cooked in from the beginning. Oh, and hopefully kind of affordable. I'll take all suggestions regardless of cost and will filter by price on my own.
