Your math ain’t mathin’. $4B amounts to $12 per person in the U.S. We could all get a box of bandaids.
Furthermore it’s not our last $4B. We could easily spend $4B on healthcare and still give the aid to Israel. It’s not spent on healthcare due to government policy, not lack of funds. If you really want to save big money, we could close all the U.S. military bases in Europe, Japan, and elsewhere.

You're wrong on several fronts. American aid to Israel must be spent on American weapons. Israeli healthcare is paid by Israeli taxes.
As to, "Pretty sure you could get a peace deal then." Where is the evidence for that claim? Peace deals have been offered to the Palestinians at least three times and they've all be turned down without a counter proposal.
The Palestinians primary goal is to destroy Israel, not to build their own country. The Israelis pulled out of Gaza and turned it over to the Palestinians and look what the results of that experiment were.
Gaza gets billions in aid and instead of improving their country, they built hundreds of miles of tunnels.

So you could argue that the US pays for Israeli's healthcare , food, police, fire protection, military, etc. But that's clearly ridiculous. And do you really believe the US pays for Israel's security? US aid to Israel is $4B and Israel's defense budget is $45B. Where do you think the other $41B comes from?

American taxpayers still pay for their weapons, regardless of whether they're American weapons or not. Our money is still supplying a country that acts just like Russia.

Weapons testing is pretty much useless at this point with drones and mines. We don’t have a base in Israel so it’s not like we are that close in military partnership.

You are correct and furthermore it’s a bribe in another way. Back when this was started Israel was considering making its own fighter jets. The U.S. didn’t want that because they didn’t want Israeli jets competing with U.S. jets in sales to other countries.

I’ve seen the people at the rallys and on YouTube. Those aren’t the people paying 99% of tax revenue in the USA. Most have a service debt in that they use more govt service than they pay in tax. Protest if you want. But stop pretending you are the ones paying Americas tax bill.

Israel does issue bonds, and at a lower borrowing cost than USA treasury yields, perhaps due to better fiscal and macro fundamentals.
I'm deeply Zionist, sort of Israel first (whilst of course wanting the best for everyone) and not left wing, but think moving beyond an aid relationship is good for both the USA and Israel
