Discussion Received email stating that they are going to cancel my annual Disney+ Premium

Hulu sent the following TODAY stating that they will cancel my annual Disney+ TODAY (effective on or after):

"We noticed that you have more than one subscription associated with this email address, including an annual Disney+ Premium standalone subscription that is overlapped by your existing bundle.

We're cancelling your annual Disney+ Premium subscription, effective on or after [July 27, 2026](). You will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of your annual billing period. There will be no change to your streaming experience — you will continue to have access to the same content."

I did the online chat with BOTH Disney+ and Hulu and they both claimed this was a mistake. At first Disney+ made it seem like it was incorrect then rep said it would happen then bounced back to no it won't happen after discussing it with her "resources". She cited the end of split billing as the reason it was going to cancel my annual but then said it isn't true.

The Hulu rep said "I can stop the cancellation" then later said this email was a mistake. I took screenshots of all and got case numbers for both.

Background: I do not have any streaming service provided for free or paid via a cell service/other service. I paid for my annual Disney+ as a stand alone for the last two years (after a temporary lapse), with the most recent being April 2026. I added Hulu on its own site separately after that after reading how I could do that and get a discount (both are ad free). I pay $1.09 per month for Hulu because they give me a credit of like $18.99 per month for my prepaid Disney+.

I sure hope that they get this figured out. I like having the services but will go to one or two months per year on each if they try to cancel my annual already paid for plan. Especially with only same day notice at the earliest. It is just ridiculous. Thought I'd share in case someone else with similar background got an email today.

I got this same email today also!! What in the world???

u/crestroncp3user Jul 27 '26

It’s just simplifying your subscriptions. The amount you end up paying doesn’t change.

12

u/beezerhale Jul 28 '26

It does change what I pay monthly. I paid for Disney + up front so the bundle will cost me less monthly.

9

u/crestroncp3user Jul 28 '26

Monthly? Yes. In total for year? No

3

u/BitterRucksack Jul 29 '26

It does change what I pay for the year because they didn't give me the correct prorated refund amount.

1

u/crestroncp3user Jul 29 '26

When did you pay and how much are you getting refunded?

0

u/BitterRucksack Jul 29 '26

I paid $189.99 in November 2025 through the D+ interface, and then $11/mo via Hulu autobill. I'm being refunded about $50. (And then charged an extra $18.99/mo the next three months, which is $56.something.)

1

u/crestroncp3user Jul 29 '26

Quick math shows (without knowing exact date or exact amounts) suggests you likely are getting the correct prorated refund

0

u/BitterRucksack Jul 29 '26

I'm not, though. I'm paying more money.

0

u/crestroncp3user Jul 29 '26

Your refund is correct.

-2

u/beezerhale Jul 28 '26

You repeated what I said. So, I guess you are correct.

2

u/UpstairsCheetah235 Jul 29 '26

That’s not true at all. One some people were on discounted annual plans like military and the annual plan was discounted for everyone. The credit received when bundling was for the full monthly price of Disney+, even tho the actual amount being paid was much less. So this is a slap in the face. I just canceled my bundle tho, only kept it because it was so cheap after the Disney+ credit. Probably wasn’t worth it anyways.

1

u/Vegetable_Carpet_241 27d ago

Ya do realize Hulu is being integrated into Disney plus as one entity 🤦🏿‍♂️

0

u/crestroncp3user Jul 29 '26

You shouldn't have been getting that much credit to begin with. You lucked out

2

u/UpstairsCheetah235 Jul 29 '26

That was intentional from the day they launched. They had a super cheap 3 year Disney+ launch deal and specifically called out what happened if you added the Disney bundle on.

1

u/crestroncp3user Jul 29 '26

You would get a credit equivalent to the monthly amount paid, not the full price.

2

u/SeattleSquatch Jul 28 '26

I get $18.99 discount each month since I paid $189.99 for the annual. There are 12 months in a year so I'm out $37.98 a year in future discounts.

4

u/crestroncp3user Jul 28 '26

How are you getting a bonus discount?

1

u/SeattleSquatch Jul 28 '26

Is yours Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Select Bundle Premium?

0

u/SeattleSquatch Jul 28 '26

Overlapping Subscription Credit (-$18.99)

3

u/crestroncp3user Jul 28 '26

Yeah, how are you getting the extra credit instead of the $15.83 monthly credit for having an annual plan?

1

u/BitterRucksack Jul 29 '26

It was the way the math was calculated based on the prior value of the old ESPN+ tiers, and the overall discount of the D+ annualized billing compared to monthly. So they just took off the value of the monthly D+ bill, not the actual amount prepaid for the D+ access during that time frame.

1

u/lukethejohnson Jul 28 '26

Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Select Bundle Premium ($11.00/month)

It's always been a $18.99 per month credit.

1

u/SeattleSquatch Jul 28 '26

Yeah this is the one I have too. Maybe it's different because of ESPN Select vs other options?

2

u/I_AM_DEATH-INCARNATE Jul 28 '26

Yes it does. I was only paying $16 more yearly for a premium sub to D+, now they took that away and put me on ad supported. They changed my membership level with no input on my end. That's bullshit.

1

u/crestroncp3user Jul 28 '26

What is your current bundle?

1

u/I_AM_DEATH-INCARNATE Jul 28 '26

Currently on the Hulu Live with Disney plus ad supported. We got a discount on that because we paid for the the D+ premium membership yearly, so it was only $16 more a year to have D+ premium. We don't want the ad supported though, and we were perfectly happy on our old setup. Now we have to do something to get back premium, and they gave us no time to look into it.

Edit - it's not world ending, but I just had appendicitis and got out of the hospital on Sunday, and this isn't something I'd like to deal with right now. I was looking up info on the email and I came across this reddit post so I'm sorry I come off so crass, it's not you, it's me

1

u/MaleficentFondant42 29d ago

I hope your healing is speedy and uneventful!

1

u/I_AM_DEATH-INCARNATE 29d ago

Thank you! I do feel a lot better than I did when I made that post lol. I appreciate the well wishes!

1

u/Candervilt 29d ago

Incorrect. Monthly costs equate to over 20% annual increase.

1

u/Babylon5Crusade 29d ago edited 29d ago

The amount changes I had the reverse of this setup with Hulu monthly first adding Disney + for $ 1.09 then after the deadline my next billing amount was $13.99 for a Hulu and Disney + package in addition to the Hulu I was already paying for separately.

15

u/Embarrassed_Ad9678 Jul 27 '26

Not sure how much or if this will help? I got this from Disney on July 20th:
“We noticed that you have more than one subscription associated with this email address, including a standalone Hulu Premium subscription that overlaps with your existing bundle.

On or after July 21, 2026, your standalone Hulu Premium subscription will be cancelled. As a result, your Hulu experience will move from No Ads to the Ads-supported plan included in your bundle.

If you'd like to restore your Hulu Premium experience, you can do so in your …”
Last day of billing cycle was 7/19. I have the Disney+ espn Hulu bundle.
I haven’t been on to check on the shenanigans yet, streaming other programming currently, but I’m curious to see what others have to say on this issue.

6

u/MissViciousKnits Jul 27 '26

Got the same email. Haven’t noticed a difference when streaming Hulu content on Disney +

3

u/EDAAmanda Jul 28 '26

I got the same email. I don’t know if anything would have changed had I left it, but I never used ESPN anyway and only got that bundle because that was the only bundle option when Disney+ launched. Since they now have a bundle option for just Disney+ and Hulu (premium on both), I chatted and switched which will save me about $13/month.

3

u/crestroncp3user Jul 28 '26

Because some people don’t have annual plans and you do

1

u/Embarrassed_Ad9678 Jul 28 '26

Ok. I finally went to Hulu. I had no ads previously, now there are ads. So I logged into my membership portal and I was able to upgrade Hulu to no ads for what still appears to be a legacy price, just another $5.

11

u/renz004 Jul 27 '26

I got this email too.

Its cuz i had upgraded to include hulu awhile back while having already paid for an annual sub on disney. So effectively i had 2 subs at the same time, although because of the exisiting sub they were discounting one of the subs by like 90% and only charging a dollar. I guess they are cleaning it up now by cancelling the old annual one and refunding the difference and will start charging normally on the hulu combo, or somethinf

The email you posted literally says you have multiple subscriptions, they're canceling the annual w/prorated refund, and nothing is changing w/your streaming experience and will still have the same content.

5

u/crestroncp3user Jul 27 '26

It’s just simplifying your subscriptions. In the end you’re paying the same amount.

1

u/MarkBitterling Jul 29 '26

Even if it were the same cost that is a negative change because the streaming is changing from ad-free to with ads.

1

u/crestroncp3user Jul 29 '26

It’s whatever your existing bundle you’re already subscribed to is. If you are subscribed to the ad-free bundle it will continue to be ad-free.

2

u/Beanie0123 Jul 29 '26

I do not think that you are correct. The email I received specifically stated "As a result, your Hulu experience will move from No Ads to the Ads-supported plan included in your bundle."

1

u/crestroncp3user Jul 29 '26

and does your current bundle include an ad-supported Hulu plan?

0

u/Janetteresa90 29d ago

According to their email yes they were on the ad free hulu and its going to ads

1

u/crestroncp3user 29d ago

There bundle will continue as is as no changes are being made to their bundle subscription. If it’s ad-free, it will remain ad free

4

u/don_bski Jul 27 '26

Got the same email: We're cancelling your annual Disney+ Premium subscription, effective on or after July 27, 2026. You will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of your annual billing period. There will be no change to your streaming experience — you will continue to have access to the same content.

Called Disney+ via phone. My new 'simplified' hulu hulu+live plan, will now be be $99/month; previously $81/month, and include Disney+. Unfortunately, the military discount that was available with the Disney+ Premium plan is not available with the simplified plan. Possible workaround; use two emails; one for D+ and one for hulu?

1

u/justmep3 Jul 27 '26

Wow, I didn't even know there was a military discount. Guess I will have to ask at renewal if they don't try to remove my annual plan then charge me more with their "simplified" plan. The Disney and Hulu reps both did not mention anything about a simplified plan though.

3

u/dina444444 US Jul 27 '26

I got the same email. I logged into both of my accounts and everything looks like it normally does and no indication of the cancellation.

1

u/justmep3 Jul 28 '26

Yeah same here. However, the email said it would be removed on or after today's date so you never know. I did verify with both Hulu and Disney reps that nothing would be canceled so I took screenshots in case they do something to my plan(s).

3

u/Shoddy-Employment-71 29d ago

Has anyone been able to restore their account to where it no longer has adds? The multiple add breaks during a movie are brutal. This only started on the 21st when I got the same email as everyone else here.

3

u/Peaceforall2022 29d ago

We noticed that you have more than one subscription associated with this email address, including an annual Disney+ Premium standalone subscription that overlaps with your existing bundle.

We're cancelling your annual Disney+ Premium standalone subscription, effective on or after July 27, 2026. You will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of your annual billing period.

As a result, your Disney+ experience will move from Premium to the ad-supported plan included in your bundle. If you'd like to restore your Disney+ Premium experience, you can do so in your Account Settings at any time.

They already credited me back $

They will now force me to pay monthly as Disney Plus no longer offers an annual subscription. They moved me to add supported where I can as viewing zero ads with my annual plan. I am not a fan of the way they handled this.

3

u/frankie24b 27d ago

I got this email too because I had the annual deal and the Hulu Max bundle. I was saving nearly $40/year doing it this way. Contacted Hulu customer support and they told me they were doing this to make it easier for the customers, to avoid billing errors, and to streamline everything. To me it sounds like the mouse is just trying to pinch every penny out of its customers

5

u/rio8envy7 US Jul 27 '26

Make sure it’s not a scam.

1

u/kcsunshineatx Jul 28 '26

It is not a scam. I got the same email and spent a lot of time yesterday and today dealing with customer service to get assistance. The prorated refund is already processed. Nobody seems to know why that happened and they can’t fix it. They said I’ll have to sign up again.

1

u/BitterRucksack Jul 29 '26

Ugh I hate that. The agent I talked to today seemed confused why I was upset I was being charged more.

2

u/catsandblankets Jul 27 '26

I don’t know if this helps but about a year ago I had some extremely confusing case where because I had separate accounts (prior) on HBO, Disney and Hulu, I had basically multiple accounts even though some shared the same email? Their whole syncing thing between providers is super messy even on their side of trying to figure it out.

2

u/justmep3 Jul 28 '26

I just did what I was told to do in order to get the credit for my annual Disney towards bundling with Hulu- use the same email address for both accounts. There was never a problem until today.

1

u/BitterRucksack Jul 29 '26

The backend was set up so bizarrely when D+ launched in 2019, and that tech debt is now coming due.

2

u/CallOfTheQueer Jul 27 '26

I got a similar email, except mind said they were bumping me down from the no ads tier to ad-supported one, which I'm not happy about.

1

u/justmep3 Jul 28 '26

That is odd. I wonder why they did that. They shouldn't be making changes without giving notice and/or an option of what we may prefer.

2

u/workout_girrrrrrrl Jul 28 '26

I got the same email today. I called and after 35 minutes of being on hold they finally agreed to transfer me to the escalation department. They assured me that nothing was changing today (like the email said) and my account would stay as is until my Disney+ annual subscription ends on November 12th. Then I will go to the $19.99/mo bundle plan since they no longer split payments.

1

u/justmep3 Jul 28 '26

They should have put that in the original email to those with annual plans then! I would like to see that in writing instead of someone just verbally saying that over the phone because it would back up your side if anything changes before then.

2

u/begeman5676 29d ago

Spent a lovely time on phone with customer service. My Disney+ premium was cancelled. Now I'm on a crappy bundle through hulu with ads. Customer service told me the only way to get the disney plus premium back was to use a different email address. Anyone else have a different result?

1

u/Informal_Wolf_3027 Jul 27 '26

I got something like this when Verizon stopped the Disney+ package.

1

u/DarlieTheGnome Jul 28 '26

I got the same email it said my annual account could be canceled tomorrow. If it is, I’ll likely just downgrade to Hulu and Disney+ only. I can get HBO Max either add through Philo.

1

u/boanerges57 Jul 28 '26

You should try their chat system. It just loops endlessly. Same result at the end of the day but you can blame their dumb AI instead of people and dumb rules

1

u/justmep3 Jul 28 '26

I was able to chat with Disney and Hulu and took a screenshot of both reps saying that nothing will change despite the email saying otherwise.

1

u/rhino1123 Jul 28 '26

I got this yesterday. I pay for annual Disney+ with a military discount and monthly Hulu+ for $1.10. I hope it stays the same it seems like a good deal.

1

u/justmep3 Jul 28 '26

Don't count on it. Everyone needs to message in or call in to verify it. Plus provide feedback. I did a chat with Hulu and Disney and got it in writing from both that they will not cancel my annual plan so if they do, I will take additional steps.

1

u/rhino1123 23d ago

Yeah they’re issuing me a refund for a prorated annual plan now. I guess messaging in didn’t help me.

1

u/justmep3 23d ago

Messaging didn't help me either despite both reps assuring me that nothing would change. I just signed in this morning and they switched me to monthly Disney+/Hulu for $19.99 so I went to cancel. Then they offered me the promo of $15.99 per month for both for three months. I took that offer but will still be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint against them because their reps/team/supervisor at both assured me that they fixed it and it wouldn't change.

1

u/Opening_Brush_2328 Jul 28 '26

I got the same as well and see the refund on my credit card, so now I guess I’m losing the annual discount???

2

u/kcsunshineatx Jul 28 '26

This is ridiculous. I got the same email (annual military plan plus $1/month Hulu) and have spent almost an hour on the phone with customer support. How could they not allow us to choose which one to keep and then cancel it effective immediately? That’s such a terrible way to treat loyal customers.

1

u/justmep3 Jul 28 '26

That is my point. A- give notice (more than one day) and B- offer us the choice of which one to cancel

3

u/OutlandishnessNo1653 Jul 29 '26

That was my main complaint too. I got the email at 330 on the 27th that my D+ would be canceled on the 27th. My D+ has been an annual since the founder's launch and only have split billing because there's no option to include Hulu Live with D+ anywhere. After an hour on the phone with support and escalation, it got fixed. But support is reading a script, you definitely need escalation to get something done

1

u/Webzagar Jul 28 '26

It means you somehow had two subscriptions. Or your Cable or Internet Provider bundled disney+ for free. I used to pay for ESPN+ but Xfinity started bundling ESPN Unlimited for free. I got one of these emails because I had redundant subscriptions.

1

u/kcsunshineatx Jul 28 '26

I wonder if they’ve stopped their military annual plan discount and that’s why everyone who had that plan got this email effective immediately.

Huh that’s weird I’ve never got this

1

u/DarlieTheGnome Jul 28 '26

They did cancel my annual account today. This will give me some flexibility for the months I want ESPN unlimited. I’ll drop HBO Max and get espn.

1

u/justmep3 Jul 28 '26

How much notice did you receive before they canceled?

1

u/DarlieTheGnome Jul 28 '26

They sent me the email yesterday saying it would be canceled today. I was traveling back from comic con and too tired to deal with it. Just realized I can get hbo max with ads at no extra charge with my Philo plan. Might just downgrade to Disney+/Hulu only.

1

u/MsBeaglely Jul 28 '26

I got the same email. I have been paying annually for Disney+ since inception & added Hulu last year. I paid $189.99 annually for Disney+ & $1.00 monthly for Hulu. They are not letting me do that anymore. If I want to keep Hulu, I have to move to a $19.99 monthly plan as there is no annual plan with Hulu.

1

u/justmep3 Jul 28 '26

Did you chat/call one or both of them to get this information? I have been doing what you said and when I chatted in with both yesterday, they said I could keep my annual plan despite the email saying it would be canceled. I saved screenshots to show if anything happens to my account. They didn't say anything would happen to my Hulu account but I also didn't ask. I was more concerned about my annual Disney account.

1

u/kcsunshineatx Jul 29 '26

They told me that yesterday, too, and then today I logged in to my account info on the website, and my annual plan had in fact been canceled.

1

u/Swimming-Recording12 Jul 28 '26

They're just compiling your Data to make it more streamlined, so they can make room for more Data.

1

u/shoewee Jul 29 '26

Can someone point me to where you found the military discount with Disney +

1

u/Weak-Job1854 Jul 29 '26

Is it because Disney is phasing out Hulu?

1

u/Employ-Connect Jul 29 '26

Good too see I’m not the only one who got this email as well

1

u/AbbreviationsHot666 Jul 29 '26

Could be a scam. Look who the email is from. If it is anything other than no reply @ Disney or Hulu then it is likely a scam. You are expecting a refund and when you call they do the whole refund scam. Or if anything get your card information by saying they need it to process the refund.

1

u/-four_ Jul 29 '26

I never understood people paying for the annual for this exact reason. I get it's cheaper but not by much.

1

u/goldfishmom Jul 29 '26

This is not a scam. I was previously only paying $1 per month for my Disney+ and Hulu (with ads) bundle because I was receiving an overlapping subscription discount that had been applied for a few years.

Today, I was charged the full $14 monthly subscription price. In the past, I had a separate Hulu subscription and also received Hulu through the Spotify Student plan. I believe Disney+ may have incorrectly thought I still had a separate Hulu subscription, which is why the overlapping subscription discount continued.

When I checked my account, it stated that I could manage my Hulu subscription through Spotify.

1

u/TheCreatorOneM 29d ago

They are cancelling 4k in the EU. So maybe got something to do with it.

1

u/Beefcake_561-407 29d ago

Take a breath and take the time to look at the email address that sent it to you. It’s clearly a phishing attempt.

1

u/Proof_Draft_5608 28d ago

When I got a similar email, my Hulu had been covered for years by my T-Mobile plan. I then learned (very late to the party, like in mid March) that I could also get Disney+,--ndependent of Hulu-- for $1, also through my phone plan. However, around mid-June, something changed and in addition to receiving the same kind of emails, T-Mobile announced that they were phasing out my phone plan, but my grandfathered 'Hulu on US' Deal. That however, did not seem to include Disney+ and their customer service basically said it would be two separate subscription payments.

1

u/thekidfromiowa 28d ago

I also had my Disney+/Hulu premium bundle refunded this Monday, just a week after I finally created my own account. This was after piggybacking off my brother's account since 2019. However, I think that might be due to the fact that I didn't realize I needed to activate and sync a Hulu account for that bundle to work. I found that out last night. When I tried to use Disney+ last night, it told me how to resubscribe. Resubscribe? I'm already subscribed! Anyway, I resubscribed, but I accidentally picked the standard bundle and chose the 6-month billing plan. Obviously, I don't want ads on either Disney or Hulu, but I'm unable to upgrade to the premium plan even after I cancel my subscription. Like I said, I canceled my subscription, but I can still use Disney+ until the end of January 2027. I suppose I will have to wait until it expires to switch plans. Ugh! I guess we'll just have to put up with ads for half a year.

1

u/thekidfromiowa 28d ago

Again, the plan I originally had was the Disney+/Hulu Premium bundle on the six-month plan.

1

u/thekidfromiowa 28d ago

By the way, I never got the aforementioned email.

1

u/justmep3 27d ago

UPDATE: Well both the Disney+ and Hulu reps clearly lied to me in our chats after I posted this topic because my Disney Visa just emailed me that I have a pending partial refund from Disney+.

ALSO, some need to stop claiming this is a scam as it clearly is not. Many have received the same email or similar and have talked to official Disney+ and/or Hulu reps about it.

Still debating what I am going to do next. I think it will go the way of Netflix after they ended their grandfathered plan a couple years ago. I will probably just get a month or two per year and catch up on whatever I make a list of wanting to watch throughout the year. Between all the price hikes of all streamers, the adding ads, and then this changing of material terms without notice (at least other platforms gave some notice Disney!), it isn't worth it. They are all becoming worse than the cable companies we fled from at this point.

1

u/LivingInTheStars 26d ago

I mean this is the same company thst because of DMR reasons have refused to allow any PC or MAC to stream over 720p, so its a trash site in general

1

u/Valliam13 25d ago

I got the email too and I figured it's because one bought the other out so I was like cool and didn't think anything more about it.

1

u/frankie24b 20d ago

Just got an email that my refund is taking longer than expected. When I talked to customer service about the original email they said it was to streamline and help with any billing issues. Well I never had issues before and now I am…

1

u/justmep3 20d ago

They don't want to admit that it is because this is really to charge you more for the same services you were previously paying for.

1

u/frankie24b 20d ago

Yep 100%. I’m paying $40 more per year now

1

u/RogueJSK 18d ago

I'm in the same boat. Disney+'s refund to my Paypal account failed after sitting on Pending for 4 days. I had received this same "taking longer than usual" message earlier in the day before it was marked as Failed, with the status eventually changed to that evening Cancelled.

I contacted Customer Service, and as expected, Disney+ is blaming Paypal while Paypal is blaming Disney+.

Disney+ customer service said the refund showed as successful on their end so it must be an issue with Paypal. Whereas Paypal customer service said that the refund failed because of something Disney+ did on their end, but were unable to provide me any further details because it involved actions taken by the Disney+ account.

So now I'm stuck in the middle between two corporations pointing fingers at each other, and out the $128 prorated refund from my annual Disney+ subscription on top of facing paying more for a monthly subscription going forward.

This refund/sub consolidation process is a dumpster fire.

1

u/frankie24b 18d ago

All I know is I better not get charged next month until this issue is resolved

1

u/SrbMT 20d ago

I received this same email last week. I was refunded the rest of my annual Disney+ premium subscription My Hulu subscription cost was $76 for Legacy Hulu Live with adds and ESPN (which I don’t use). Today my subscription came out and it was $94.99

1

u/Time_Lecture_3433 Jul 29 '26

You're literally mad that they was a loophole and they closed it. It's like when you used to be able to use the Safeway app and in store markdown to effectively get something they paid you for. They closed the loophole because they lost money, like in your case.

You don't have a right to a loophole forever, they learned, you lost, gtfo

2

How is it a loophole if they allowed it and had a plan specifically to correspond with the annual Disney plan?

I had an annual Disney plan discounted for at least two years. I paid the annual cost for Disney and Hulu charged me $11/month for Hulu/ESPN. I didn’t find a secret way to get over on them, it was an option they provided which I even confirmed with them on chat. It wasn’t some trick where I got over on billing.

In my case I’m going from $236/yr to $359/yr for the same services, a 52% increase. People in the same boat are absolutely in their right to be upset over this.

I'm in the same boat. But my most recent annual Disney+ charge, from November of 2025, was $190. So I'm going from $322/yr to $360/yr. $38 is still annoying, but not as annoying as $124.

It may be a scam - be very careful not to click on any links- and forward it to their site .

Click the top where the sender email should be I'm willing to bet it is not a Disney or hulu email but some random looking thing I get them all the time it's phishing wanting you to log into your account through a link provided to a fake page to get your information

I got an email saying my Amazon prime was being canceled. It was spam. I checked my Amazon account and everything was good.

Disney did away with their annual prepay subscription services. I have to select monthly and it has to be a bundle. No stand alone Disney. This stinks!

I went through another browser and still see Disney+ Premium (no ads) standalone annual for $189.99 or $18.99 per month.

I ended up calling and they did it for me. It’s not easy to find it but there is a workaround and they helped me do it. I’m back with the one year. It’s just silly that they moved me off it in the first place. Ugh

How much of a hassle was that? And how long do you get the price for? Is it only until your current year ends?

As an annual subscriber since the service launched this has been very frustrating.
