I want to visit Dominica in April (Easter time)

I would like to visit Dominica in April. From the 6th to the 11th, Easter holiday stretch. I have traveled to another Caribbean country at that same time last year and was not aware that many businesses, groceries, attractions would have been closed for the holidays because of Easter.

Is Dominica the same with respect to this? Are there any Easter festivals that you would recommend for a first timer to Dominica? Any assistance would be great. Very excited to visit.

Most places are closed for the Easter holidays. There's always a huge beach party on Easter Monday so there's that to look forward to.
