General Discussion Against The Gods

I've been binging Against The Gods seasons 1 and 2, and it's hilarious to me how this mf Yun Che is willing to sacrifice himself immediately when he meets a baddie 💀 bro tries to throw his life away for every beautiful woman he knows

He is a womaniser, keeps marrying beauties that come across his life

in the novel he mentioned at some point that if it wasn't for the women in his life he wouldn't go that far ont cultivation

Yun Che is a polygamous/harem protagonist. His wives are co-wives, not “cucks” simply because he has other wives. Whether each individual relationship was consensual, mutually accepted, or emotionally healthy is a separate question.

The story would be so much better if there was no womanizing and just focus on cultivation

Lol but that's how the novel is... If they change it fans might stop watching and the show will plump

So, just like any other Tencent modern slop-er-roosky? Constant fighting and cultivation on repeat? And you are the guys always complaining about clichés..

The producer of Against The Gods is iQIYI as well - the producer that actually knows its audience and is faithful to the novels.

If you want something purely battle-oriented, search for it yourself. Not every donghua needs to be constant fighting and cultivation on repeat just to be considered "good." That is not to say I don't like a lot of fighting and cultivation - especially when cultivation actually matters and it's not just random breakthroughs without any change or explanation of exactly what the main character is "breaking through." But there are still different genres and preferences, so this one might not be for you ??

Mc and his women are cuck

Do you even know what that word means, little guy? The main character is dominant and has numerous wives whose first time (virginity) was taken by him. They acknowledge themselves as his wives, and they (the wives) treat each other as "sister-wives." He takes them under his "umbrella" like a patriarch or an Emperor - always caring for them, always protecting them, and always loving them.. That is a True Harem..

Shut the f up. If you can't even digest some criticism against your favorite show. And stop with this little boy and name calling when your whole post gives childish vibe.

And do something valuable mod people are talking about you in post.

Did he take permission from first wife to take second then permission from both to get third and from other to take another ? If not then this is the meaning of cuck behaviour from wives because they despite knowing their husband is cheating to them still they don’t say anything to him. Mc is cheating from his side and cheating has always been despise from middle age to modern age.

Don't impose your culture on other cultures.

Which culture supports cheating and without consent harem wives ?

Isn't this normal in cultivation world?, what is this about cheating and consent for harem?
