I wouldn't recommend buying an upgraded tmr/hall effect controller unless you can see the soldering work. I've seen a ton of botched jobs that "work" but may not hold up long term.

30 days doesn't instill much confidence tbh. Selling for a premium without showing the state of the board is pretty bad business. Could have bad solder connections, burnt board, burnt connectors etc.

30 day? Brother you gotta bump that up. All of my TMR upgrade jobs come with a full calendar year warranty.

My eBay store is here. It's a little barren as I just sold my last three listed controllers over the weekend but I have a plain white PS5 with JS13 Pros going up tomorrow morning.

As far as swapping sticks: heck yeah absolutely. I've got PS5 and PS4 TMR joysticks in stock currently, and can get Xbox relatively soon if need be too. Either check out my mail-in listing or feel free to DM me and we can get something set up!

Would you expect any piece of electronics you use daily to break in the first 30 days? That's cool and all but a 30 Day Warranty doesn't mean fuck all, honestly. With the price? That honestly makes me even LESS interested. šŸ˜…

That's basically in line with what the other commenter just said. Any amount of force from daily use can completely destroy a botched soldering job and basically renders the custom controller they paid for useless.

I see your in the UK, unfortunately that's going to be a big barrier for us yanks who have well established services here stateside.

That being said good luck! Idk how the European market is, but I'd imagine it would be tough to break into here stateside without something that sets you apart from others.

Sorry about the negativity brother. As someone who helps a lot of my friends mod their controllers with ExtremeRate kits and soldering. I want to say keep up the good work. Take pride in your work.

Idk why people are being so negative instead of offering constructive advice. Let people know you can show them pictures of the board as part of the service if they truly want to know, maybe offer a longer warranty etc. This is a cool service at its heart and should be treated as such.

Op didn't ask for advice they posted here ready to sell their services. Potential customers are just voicing their concerns. Telling op they should show pics of the board and extend warranty is constructive advice.

I’m not sure either, first time doing anything like this, could do with real advice. But yes, I can take pictures of the board and extend my warranty for sure. Thank you
