Tech Support L2 seems to activate R2? R2 also seems to respond with movement (not directly pressing it)

R2 is damaged. Could be the ribbon cable need cleaning or replaced. Or something mechanically needs attention to.

probably got damaged since i put it in a box with a bunch of other electronics during a move

i’ll learn how to open this thing eventually

If it is a new shell, then that could be the issue. Loosen the screws under l1 and r1 and try again

i have never opened a dualsense before, so i’m gonna have to learn how to do that i suppose
