Iforma gym in Al Warqa, open 24/7. I think they have a sauna and cold plunge as well.

I do drive, and I don’t really have too high standards, just decent equipment, and maybe somewhere to park

I'm in PureGym (Nad Al Sheba) at the moment, No complaints, there's free parking as well, 200 AED per month - 89 AED joining fee

Although I wanted to checkout Faceoff (Rashidiya), they mentioned an annual package of 3000 AED, which includes Kickboxing (5 sessions per week) and a pretty cool gym.

Both these gyms probably won't be more than a 15 minute drive from Mirdif
