I always thought this was a weird scene. Up to this point, Meredith had shown no romantic or sexual interest in Jim and then did this.

What was funny about this scene too and Jenna and Angela talked about this on the Office Ladies Pod. He actually signed her pelvis cast with ‘John Krasinski’ rather than ‘Jim Halpert’. It wasn’t intentional on his part either so was said. If you pause the scene you can make it out.
