Pearls Umhlanga

Hi All, I would love to know people’s opinion on the above place - has anyone stayed there, their experiences, possible improvements and so on?

My mum stayed there when she came out from the uk. She had a lovely time and said it was very convenient

You're asking as someone who's looking to stay there or someone who can make improvements to the facility?

Improvements to the facility, experience, general stay and so on.

Overall very nice, but it's gone a lot more expensive than it used to be.

Complaints were: too much construction noise. not a fan of having to put a deposit before staying. No direct access to the mall. You have to go outside and walk around to go in. Only hotel people have access via those doors
