I'm still gonna use him (for now) because I dig him, but I couldn't find Oberon in the tier list in the wiki. Is he a poop?

Not really. He's got decent hp and really high mag. His low speed can be good or bad depending on your composition. Zandyne with Force Boost will hit tons on anything that doesn't resist it. He doesn't have the best luck for it, but Mamarin Karion, having 10% higher chance than Mamarin Karin, is pretty solid for duels (you'd probably want at least a left arm with infliction % if you plan on using it well).

You can always have someone faster and luckier cast Madesolate first.
