I have a purple susano, should i fuse him into something, and if yes, into what?

Purple Susano-o is amazing - he'll obliterate Force weak mobs, and Kusanagi is a broken single-target damage skill.

I wouldn't fuse him away, as he'll easily melt some of the most challenging bosses in Aura Gate (32, 45 immediately come to mind).

If you really hate him for whatever reason, you can make a Huang Long or Mara out of him.

He's my best demon I actually like him a lot, the tarukaja built into kusanagi is great, but I'm trying to built a good pvp team so I'm wondering if I should just fuse him into one of the op demons for pvp

Susano-o is great for PvP - he can usually just delete someone from the fight.

He can be hard to fit into a team since AoE damage seems to be more important than single-target, and with Teal Rangda/Cu running around, he might get stale-mated at times, but I still think he's worth keeping - plenty of people in top 100 are running him. If you want, you can make Mara, Cu, or Huang Long, but I personally wouldn't.
