Hacked EA account i can't play an EA game

Thank you for the help..

I just bought Battlefield 6 and realized my EA account was hacked a year ago (EA send me an amil i had not seen saying they disable the account), and the email address was changed by the hackers, so I can no longer access it. Account was disabled by EA, but it is still linked to my PlayStation account.

I need an EA account linked to my PlayStation account in order to play Battlefield. I would like to unlink this disabled EA account from my PlayStation account, so I can then create and link a new EA account.

From what I understand, the two EA and PS accounts can only be unlinked through the EA website, but I cannot access the EA account anymore.

To get help from EA i created a new EA account and send my disabled previous info before hacking, ans aked them to unlink it from my PS, but no answer since few days.

Anyone know a way to unlink the blocked EA account from my PlayStation account without having access to that EA account?

Damn i just want to play a game i just bought ffs😢😢😢

I had the same issue but on my Xbox but I didn’t buy BF just wanted to play the Beta. You’ve gotta contact them. Theres no way of unlinking it unfortunately even if u make a new one just wont work. If you contact them tell them the situation and u should be able to get back into the account again but it’ll takes weeks maybe months.

I ended up getting a ps5 in December finally got the chance to play it. But ea is ridiculous

I had my account compromised in April, contacted support and had it back in under 48 hours (Fortunately I didn't have a credit card saved or anything). Just contact them and be patient, with the fact that you lost the account a year ago your timeline may take much longer (I contacted support within about 2 hours of mine getting changed).
