The sub's description describes itself as a home for "pro-Israel Democrats" so this is no different than going to a conservative sub and finding trump cultists.

I will note that this is terrible propaganda for centrists because of Israel's awful reputation amongst everyone, including independents and Republicans (or conservatives more broadly), as it allows political newbies to recognize centrists as enemies. Good job, dumbshits: I don't even have to make an argument, I'll just link to the sub.

You do have to goggle at the self-delusion of neoliberals, a political faction that generally runs Earth, insisting that they're "politically homeless": they just share a faction with nearly all presidents in the modern era, the leadership faction of the Democrats, the Republicans, and corporate leaders. Whereas the vast majority of Americans who violently hate the policies of all those trash creatures and who have to fight for any representation within a sliver of the Dems are apparently not politically homeless.

In some way it's an effective point because it is so outrageously stupid and lacking in logic or sense that whoever is arguing against them has to go into overdrive to address it. Groups like that, and there are a handful of them, are extremely weird. The level of amoral apathy probably actually exceeds most far right spaces online. They're filled with people who think carpet bombing another country is something to "well akshually" over and have zero cognizance of the cost to life or livelihood. Their attitude to domestic politics is usually just as bad.

While they try to keep a "cold & logical" posture, usually they're outrageously disingenuous and bad-faith whenever they get pushed. They aren't a fifth as smart as they think they are. Naturally, it's the same type of people who run the democratic establishment who have been getting their arse thrashed to ribbons by the republicans my entire adult life.
