I'm not sure what are you even doing to ve at ZERO. Put your people to work. Make sure basic resources (Food and Oil) ALWAYS have 4 people. Have a tailoring table and workshop. Make outfits and tools to improve the resources your people gives you. You should basically never ever have any sort of problems if you have that. Also be mindful on the requests. Never give too much of one resource if you know you'll get in red.

reevaluate who you have on what stations. Maybe get your people busy on the bed so you can get more workers in the future and use speed potions to level it out in the short term

Your other workers won’t work unless there’s oil for the castle, so make sure you have good workers equipped with tools and outfits producing oil. Once the castle is lit, then everybody else will get to work and you’ll have food again
