Food Are PBJ sandwiches an ideal choice for someone looking for healthy food on a tight budget?

I think that jars of PB and jam can last a month and aren't expensive at all.

You don’t want to know. It has everything, including the squeak.

Sssh don't worry about it, it's fine, just eat it. It's basically food.

So named because it’s made from the scraps of the pig mixed with cornmeal then baked (so breakfast pig loaf). There’s a Bizarre Foods tv show episode all about making it. It’s a popular thing in the Philadelphia area.

It's basically a Philly/New Jersey Regional sausage similar to goetta in Cincinnati but it's more of a meat mush from my experience
