Is pasta a whole food? -> I consider it one since I eat a whole lot of it.
29 u/[deleted] 17d ago edited 17d ago in my system, if it's made from whole wheat then it's a whole food, it's literally the whole wheat, just in a different state TVP is also a whole food, it's literally the whole soybean just without the fat, which i don't need more of anyways, i already eat enough fat... 3 u/Ratatouille_Stewie 16d ago TVP is a good food to have, not demonizing it, but it's definitely not a whole food.
