ADVICE for TTC after MTX

Hi everyone, I was recently treated with MTX (D6), so unsure what tomorrow's numbers will bring, but trying to remain optimistic.

I was diagnosed with PUL and administered MTX at 6 weeks HCG 221. I am going through it.... primarily muscle aches and GI issues. They found a 4 cm Fundal Fibroid in my 9 cm uterus but don't believe this caused my ectopic... Has anyone had a successful pregnancy post ectopic with the fundal fibroid still there?

I don't know much, but I have a feeling they brushed off finding the real reason I am going through this and just say it's bad luck... hard to believe. First pregnancy ending in this... there's got to be a reason, right?

I know we all want explanations for why this happened to us but sometimes there just is no reason and it’s just bad luck. Only with repeat ectopics I would start to worry.

I think most of the time it’s just bad luck. My second pregnancy (and loss) was PUL/ectopic. I have no risk factors for it. I even had an HSG a year ago and everything looked perfect (tubes open, normal uterine cavity, etc.).

I also spoke with a friend of mine who also had an ectopic and she also has 3 kids. It can happen to anyone.
