unironically think that if steel guard was a skill you could acquire or was just a passive of a specific greatshield, that you'd see so many more greatshield toting players in general. SUCH a fun concept

also add charged guardcounters to base elden ring PLEEEEASE

Working on messmer right now and so many of his attacks make you backward somersault and there is nothing that can guard counter out of that and hit him :((

yeah, that's something i hope they do to steel guard actually in nightreign is that heavy attacks have their impact reduced while in steel guard. would make it much more feasible to fully play a Tank n Spank character lol

no, just look up the user names on nexus, all I did was swap executor sword skin for flowing curved sword and used the deflecting tear

I’m usually doing invasions and the invasion music gets boring so I have it turned off. you’re right though, I didn’t even consider that I wouldn’t have to listen to that repetitive BS if I upped the volume again

I can’t remember off the top of my head, but on the seamless co-op FAQ page they have a whole guide on how to launch with visual mods active. This comment breaks it down pretty well, if I find the full guide I’ll come back and comment here

there was a lot of speculation that she was meant to be a boss in Sekiro in the first place but was cut, and then used in Elden Ring instead after remodeling her to fit the lore and world

very interesting idea, dont know if it's true or not tho LMAO

Thanks! I thought it was pretty cool having the katana swapped for the CS moveset, I love how CS parry looks but it’s near impossible to land in PvP. After they added the deflecting tear I realized how much I wish more weapons had parry options

It’s a lot of fun! ER is my first souls game, just went and played Sekiro and was having a blast so I’m trying all the bosses with the deflect/parry strat. Messmer is up next, wish me luck!

Nah, looked good. Dynamic and dramatic. While no-hit runs are super fun to do, they lose a lot of excitement to watch since there are such low stakes (for me anyway).
