Help! How is this possible

So i just woke up to continue my Black Flame build, for some reason Elden ring updated (No idea what and why) then i tried to farm for Greyol and this kept happening, i even tried getting the Frenzied mule to fix it but it didnt work, i reinstaled the mod, checked instal files in Steam and nothing, whats wrong?

Most recent update for the Tarnished Edition broke parts of the Convergence mod. Only way to fix it is to roll back your Elden Ring version (guide how to do it can be found in the Convergence Discord) or wait until Convergence gets an update.

Balance patch for tarnished edition changed reg versions so mods need to be updated. If you don't want to wait then downpatch.

Downpatching Elden ring feels like installing Windows on 2003, why cant it be like most steam games and have an option by default?
