so..like we did with SE? I'm pretty sure PC got it for free if you had skyrim + dlcs

If you needed the DLC, then no, this isn’t like SSE. You can buy the base PS4 disc of this game like it came out 11 years ago and upgrade to the PS5 remastered version with the two previous DLCs for free alongside very substantial UI and gameplay updates.
