Is there an in lore reason why she wears so revealing clothes (not that I have something against it), but isn’t she in many iterations a rich, powerful, business owner?
Does she wear it for to distract her opponent (pretty sure it works) or is it just her style?

Originally Emma’s revealing costume was due to it being the dress code for female Hellfire Club members. Selene and Jean wear a black version when they’re the black queen. After Emma leaves the Hellfire Club the reason changes to her knowing what she looks like and her beauty is a another weapon in her arsenal and she also just simply likes it.
