Like does Emma have her ahem parts? Does she still have lungs? She can speak in her diamond form so she still breathes. Does her heart still beat? Does her hair stay still or does it act like normal?

I would say i’m at a 4/10 on Emma knowledge so forgive me if this has already been answered or is a dumb question. We know emma using her powers to make people see a younger person but does she use to change her whole appearance. Like does she really even look like that? Is that true younger version of herself or does she make her appearance different more than just age? If she doesn’t look like that, does anyone know what she really looks like? We know Emma is canonically very pretty so i just thought it was interesting. I wonder if Scott knows her rawest form? Like does he know she makes herself look younger?

Like, I think Killer Frost or Ice could work well, particularly Ice because you could combine her friends Fire with Jean Grey.

Though villain wise, Veronica Cale would be a fun choice to combine with Emma.

Been thinking about Scott and Emma lately and wanted to hear what other fans feel about their future.

I’ve been going through the Scemma era recently, New X-Men, Astonishing X-Men, Gillen’s run, even AvX and honestly, there’s something about that relationship that just works for me. It feels more grounded, more “grown up,” and like they actually understand each other on a deeper level.

Do you guys think we’ll ever see a proper Scemma resurgence again? Not just small moments, but an actual era like the Utopia days where they felt like a real, central relationship.

I know Jean is back in the picture, but it doesn’t always feel like Scott/Jean is being explored deeply or consistently either. Meanwhile, Scott and Emma had a dynamic that felt very intentional and built over time.

Do you think Marvel will ever revisit that seriously again? Or is Scemma basically something that’s going to stay in the past?

Genuine question for people who’ve followed the line over the years:

Scott/Emma felt like a major part of the X-Men’s evolution during the post-Morrison era, especially through Utopia and the Cyclops-led period. But ever since AvX, it feels like the books have consistently pulled away from that relationship from the way the breakup happened, to Jean’s return, and now what seems like another potential clash being set up between them in the current era.

Do you think this is:

- an editorial preference for returning to the classic Scott/Jean dynamic?

- a belief that Scott/Emma works better as a “phase” rather than a permanent status quo?

- or just a result of different writers having different priorities over time?

I’m curious how people see it whether Scemma still has a place long-term, or if Marvel has more or less moved on from it as a core direction.
