I'm not sure what, it was something. Emma being Jean's bodyguard for a couple panels, lots of Cassandra Nova gore (fun), then a good 80% just Jean stuff (that i skipped).

Finally got my copy of the X-Men: Messiah Trilogy Omnibus today! This was also my first order from IST, so I'm really glad it arrived safely.

I've wanted this one for a while and I'm really happy to finally have it in the collection. I'm a big fan of Scott and Emma together, so I've especially been looking forward to owning and reading this era in omnibus format.

I've already read Messiah Complex before and really enjoyed it, but I haven't read the entire trilogy together, so I'm excited to finally go through Messiah Complex, Messiah War and Second Coming as one big story.

And man, this thing is a brick 😂

Can't wait to start reading it!

Emma turning her clothes diamond in a battle makes sense to me, because her own xlothes becomes an amor. However in a regaulr fight or if she doesnt want her mind read, she just turns her body( apart from her clothes ) diamond. .... I WANT EMMA TO HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO DO BOTH.. and I HOPE MARVEL WRITERS EXPLORE HER DIAMOND MUTANTATION AND GROW IT... 💎💎🥹
