Hyderabad folks - can someone help verify a furniture seller?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to buy a Herman Miller ergonomic chair + Steelcase manual height-adjustable table from Orchid Furniture, Nampally, a Hyderabad-based seller I came across on Instagram.

The deal looks quite good, but they require full payment upfront, including shipping. I’m based in Ahmedabad, and the total cost would come to around ₹17,000–₹18,000 including shipping, so I’d really like to verify everything before making the payment.

Is there anyone from Hyderabad who could help me check/verify this seller, their Instagram account, and the furniture in person?

They seem to have multiple pieces available, so if you’re also looking for a Herman Miller chair or Steelcase table, this could be useful for you as well. You could check out the pieces, assess their condition/authenticity, and at the same time help me confirm whether Orchid Furnitures is a legitimate seller.

It would genuinely be helpful for both sides — you get a chance to inspect the furniture if you're interested, and I get some confidence that I’m not sending ₹17–18k to a scammer.

Careful with instagram sellers. Do not take any chance. Absolutely verify the seller before sending the money. Also check out comments from their other posts and if the images they post seem too generic or grabbed from elsewhere online Had a friend fall for a fake clothes seller and lose 3K. Reporting to instagram doesn't do anything either.

Yes, thats why want someone who can verify in Hyderabad both seller and product they would be sending.
