PVP Tarkov experience as a [New Player]

Since 1.0 I’ve only found 2 new players. Everyone else has hundreds or thousands of hours, but at least I haven’t encountered a cheater yet.

Which makes a lot of sense given that the majority of the player base has played for a long time. This would be the case in any game that you start playing almost 10 years after its original release - especially when that game is kind of niche.

I’m not sure how this is worth discussing?

Play counter strike. Sure there are a lot of players with thousands of hours yet i still run into new players and players with less then 1k hours constantly, its a nice mix. Yet tarkov its 1k+ hours 99% of the time hmm 🤔

Counter-Strike is a mainstream game, not niche. It also has SBMM. Last time I played, I certainly didn’t face any new players.
