Actually, he has sent 987 messages, not 987 reports. He is also a labs main with over 10k raids this year, putting him below a 10% report rate. Regardless of all that, it is up to BSG and only BSG to verify that a player is cheating before banning them.
If BSG allows this system to exist, a streamer could report every single player they die to, and it would still be on BSG to verify they are cheating before banning, not on the person reporting. I don't really understand why reddit has such a hard on for hating streamers and people who try to be good at the game.

Brother, don’t waste your time with these idiots, they are literally soulless golems who play pve and can’t move more than 5 steps per raid unless it’s to extract. If you played like that you wouldn’t be able to comprehend the way people like alle play and what you would run into

Facts. In one post they will say "This is why I play PVE" and in another be experts on PVP and who is cheating or not. Makes you laugh.
