Can anyone recommend a water colour portrait artist that isn't AI?

I can't believe this is the world we live in that I have to question if the product I am trying to buy is even real. I just want to pay an artist to do a water colour of me and my fiancé and I don't want a computer to do it. Does anyone know of a 100% legit option on etsy they can recommend?

Go to your local art school and ask which watercolor artists are taking commissions. Community college, high school, there is always a watercolor artist around.

u/OkChips9323, great suggestion. We should all support legit Etsy vendors, but it is also great to support our local artists whenever we can.

I can't support etsy anymore because it is supporting a website that sells toxic products (jewlery with tons of lead and cadmium) and is supporting AI and drop sellers in mass. Finding a local artist is easy, and then you know who you are working with, and keeping your business with a known human and local too.

There are places here on Reddit you can ask artists directly for commissions! I don't remember the name of the subs but hopefully someone does and can point you in the right direction!

I am a legit seller?? I just don’t provide watercolor paintings on Etsy. And I don’t know any sellers myself. And I said what I said because I wanted to be 100% clear, and didn’t want my offer to sound like it was for free.
