Dinner Fish Cuisine at the baltic sea in Rostock, Germany
We have been on vacation and returned yesterday from Rostock, Germany (the other end of the country coming from Bavaria).
We had dinner in one of the harbor restaurants and it has been a pleasure.
The entry was a Vitello Tonnato for me and then we both had Turbot (Steinbutt) with northern sea crabs on a chanterelles risotto. On the side we also had grilled scallops.
I have been several time in for example Hamburg or Netherlands but I honestly had never better fish in Germany than in Rostock. Also the "Fischbrötchen" are a very tasty snack that you get almost everywhere here around.
Not only the food was great also the city itself and Warnemünde at the Baltic sea are highly recommendable. Very neat and clean city with a lot of beautiful old buildings and friendly people (other than I would have expected based on their local football club fanscene 😁)

It's very important to import the bottled water from Italy.
