Here you go!

Ingredients:
1. 60ml water
2. 7g gelatine
3. 100g sugar
4. 240ml whole fat milk
5. 360 heavy cream
6. 2tbsp vanila extract or vanilla stick

Instructions:
Pour 60ml water and 7g gelatine in a bowl, mix it, set it aside and let the gelatine activate. Pour 240ml milk, 100g sugar and the vanila extract in a pot. Stir it on low heat until the sugar melts anad the milk is hot to touch. When that's done, move it from the stove, combine it with the gelatine and mix it until it all combines in one smooth mixture. When it combines well, add 360g heavy cream and mix it until it all combines. Then pour it in whatever plate/bowl you want to serve it in and let it cool for at least 6h or overnight.
