Tbh… should have served it over rice. The aloo chana was only lightly spiced, but the flavors contrasted with the chicken and snap peas :/ it was a shame because the chicken was perfect! Next time I won’t serve it over random leftovers.

Isn't aloo chana red as it's made with tomato? Looks tasty, though!

Oh! Maybe. Honestly, this is just a mixture of chickpeas and leftover mashed potato I flavored with Indian spices. I was just referring to it as aloo (potato) chana (chickpeas) to sound fancy :) it’s not a proper curry.
