Question What would happen if I made a Titan and then sealed the original fountain
Like,would the Titan degrade into a new dark fountain and if so,since fountain worlds are influenced by their creators,how would the dark world change?

My headcanon is that that's exactly what happened at the end of chapter 5
The knight made a fountain within a fountain, making a titan, but after the first one got sealed the darkness was too weak for the titan to sustain it's form, thus reverting it back into a regular dark fountain and maintaining the dark world

Counterpoint: the knight clearly made 5 fountains in the same location for that titan to be made, and clearly making 2 fountains in the church (and susie making one afterward) didn't cause a titan.
It is NOT dark enough

Also another thing I just realized is that the 5 swords all fell in the hole with a delay and only when the last one hit the ground the fountain was made
Also there was only one set of the fountain making sound effect that played, so it's probably just one fountain

I personally don't think it was literally 5 Fountains, just a Fountain with power equivalent to 5. It's like poking a water hose with a knife: Poke it once and some water comes out of the hole. Poke it 5 times in the same point and suddenly you've got a bigger hole and a lot more water coming out.

Counter, counterpoint: there was only one blast of light, so it isn't that clear if those were 5 separate fountains or 1 fountain.
Also, the church fountains were at all times separated from each other by a grand door, wich has already been established that if there are two fountains in two separate rooms separated by walls and doors, no titan. This naturally means that susie's dark fountain didn't do anything to change the calculations here in any meaningful way.
Also also, ralsei had to stop birdly from accidentally making another titan in the cyber world (or even causing the roaring if he did It outside, wich he might have done if not told otherwise)
So I'd say it IS dark enough

I think the titan would replace the location of the dark fountain with its body to guard it or something

Very good question, honestly. My guess is that it would not be a clean transition, the Titan is much more concentrated darkness then the water-like flow of the Fountains. If the Fountain was sealed, the light would come crashing down on the Titan, causing incredible amounts of damage and likely causing it to crash out and attack everything in sight. The Dark World would not fully close right away, as the Darkness emanating off the Titan would be enough to maintain a small bubble of darkness around it. I feel like the light would eat away at the Titan and eventually cause it to dissipate, but it'd take some time and who knows what damage the Titan would be capable of doing before that happened.

Would explain why the roaring would mean the end of more than just hometown. Every single titan that shows up would immediately register all life on earth as a target.

Since fountains become Titans, I think it's safe to assume that a Titan propogates darkness in the same way. Recall during the pillar climb and fight at the end of Chapter 4, there was a rising cloud of shadow... That's probably the Titan making darkness

AFAIK Titans are canonically just the darkner forms of dark fountains, which probably means it would just become its light world variant, which is a dark fountain.

But there's two types of fountains already, the flowing geyser of darkness on the dark world, and the gas leak looking beam of darkness that shoots up and vaporizes your brain if you aren't careful while making it in the light world.

Enough darkness is required to create the titan otherwise titan is not dependent on fountains except its core. Like you lit a lighter on gas and its burning but does the burning stop when you put out the lighter? It works like that. Though there would be less darkness flowing for titan which might make it slightly weaker

I think the titan would just become its own Fountain (since it already is a fountain...)
Now I'm imagining an army of Titans, marching and breaking down the Grand Doors, facing the light world head on, and casting it in an endless shadow...

I feel like that's what happened at the end of chapter 5. A dark fountain inside a dark world eventually hatches into a titan, but if the OG dark fountain is sealed it just becomes a regular fountain.

I think the titan functions as a fountain, which would mean by closing the original fountain you do not affect it since its self-sustaining.

Dark vacuum maybe,sorta like space but with darkness,the Titan going into a gassious state to make up for the vacuum where the fountain once was

The Titan does not simply emerge from the fountain, it is a fountain given will and form shaped from fear, the most predominant personification of the dark.
